Mammamia is a culinary journey through Italy.

Each collection invites you to explore the unique vibe of a new and alluring destination. We start with a classic regional Italian dessert and then infuse that region’s spirit into the recipe.

The Capri Collection is our version of the Torta Caprese and the Torta Bianca, traditional recipes created on Capri more than 100 years ago. Using only California’s purest extracts, each collection has a cannabis profile specifically crafted to re-create the feeling of the region for which it's named. Capri’s mix of sativa-leaning THC with high quality CBD produces a relaxing yet uplifting summertime feel...like a sunny day on a beautiful Mediterranean island.

THE MASTER OF DISASTER

As the son of a respected restauranteur, Simone was immersed in the traditions of Italian cuisine.  He was formally trained at Alma, Italy’s most prestigious cooking school, earned his chocolatier’s degree at Accademia Cioccolatieri, and honed his craft at Sud, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Naples. Simone founded Zibiru, an authentic Italian bistro in Bali, which now has 8 locations.

Now Simone is bringing all of this expertise and experience to the New World's newest industry, creating Mammamia as a way to blend his Italian heritage with his new California home.
